JENNIFER AND DOUG

Jennifer and Doug…It is hard to say enough good about these two.  Both Jennifer and Doug have “anniversaries” coming up with the agency in the next month, so what a great agency spotlight! Jennifer is our behind the scenes, get er’ done, licensed CSR.  What does that mean to you, our insureds?  We think the best way to put it is that Jenn has a little insight into almost everything because she is a Customer Service Representative who is also a licensed agent.  You can be assured that when you call in and need something done, Jennifer will not let you down.  She does not like to leave any page un-turned! Jennifer comes and goes with no fanfare or, whereas Doug…well, let’s just say you know when Doug has come into the office for the day.  Doug is a Licensed Producer.  Doug also works a lot with our business lines and going out and seeing how he can be of service to the communities around the area.  Doug has now been apart of our office for 2 years where Jenn has been with us for 3 years.  Where Jennifer has had previous insurance experience, Doug has not.  Where Jennifer keeps Doug in line being detailed oriented,  Doug keeps things lively and “take-it-as-it-comes”.  Our office is kind of like Ying and Yang or Frick and Frack. Which makes the office quite a hilarious place to be some days.  And,  most importantly, at the end of the day,  Jenn and Doug are both amazing people. We say our prayers  and count our lucky stars everyday knowing that they are here to take care of you.  So here is to Jennifer and Doug for all you do.  As Chris would say, “It’s Friday, go take some time off and I don’t expect to see you back in the office until Monday morning at 8am”(I just learned has been borrowed from Grandpa Willie all of you long time McClintic family friends)!
